What are your shipping rates and delivery times within the US? We offer three shipping tiers to ensure your essentials arrive when you need them:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For those "I need it now" moments.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

Is the packaging discreet? Absolutely. We value your privacy. All Crisp Caress orders are shipped in plain, minimalist packaging with no mention of "lingerie" on the outside of the box.

How can I track my order? Once your order is processed (usually within 1-2 business days), you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all hygiene liners and tags intact. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return.

What if I received a damaged item? We take quality very seriously. If your item arrives with a defect, please email us at ìnfo@crispcaress.myshopify.com
 with a photo of the damage within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right immediately.

SIZING & CARE

How do I find my perfect fit? Check out our Size & Fit Guide for detailed measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, "caress-like" fit.

How should I wash my Crisp Caress pieces? To keep your lingerie looking "crisp" and new, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent. If using a machine, please use a mesh laundry bag and a delicate cycle. Always air dry.
